Premier Talent Partners is hiring Lead Gen Representatives for several of our growing clients. Candidates for Lead Generation Rep positions should feel comfortable on the phone and have great customer service skills. If you thrive in fast-paced sales environments this could be the position for you.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assisting sales representatives with territory management by identifying and prioritizing prospects in territory and creating strategies for approaching these leads
- Telephone, email and other forms of prospecting for new customers; fielding inbound calls & email inquiries
- Securing appointments for the sales team for on-site product demonstrations
- Conducting qualification, discovery and other pre-sales calls with prospects
- Following up on marketing leads to further qualify prospects, offer solutions, and provide quotes Generating prospect interest and scheduling sales meetings for company events such as trade shows, industry events and similar
- Conducting professional sales presentations over the internet & phone
- Generating sales reports and other ad-hoc projects
- Promoting and maintaining positive customer relations
Qualifications/Experience:
- Minimum 1-3 year of telemarketing, lead development, inside sales or similar experience
- Bachelor’s Degree is desired
- Understanding of sales techniques, processes and environment
- Proven ability and comfort with cold calling, prospecting and closing accounts
- At ease speaking with decision makers and an understanding of the process of selling over the phone
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
