How do I reset my password for the Candidate Portal?

Go to the Candidate Portal login page and click “Forgot Password?” Enter the email address associated with your account and click “Submit.” You’ll receive an email with a password reset link - follow the instructions in that email to create and confirm your new password. If you don’t receive the email or continue to have trouble accessing your account, please contact us at premiersupport@premiertalentpartners.com, and we’ll be happy to help.

I’m having technical difficulties with my Candidate Portal. What should I do?

If you’re experiencing technical issues, please contact our support team at premiersupport@premiertalentpartners.com. To help us troubleshoot quickly, please include the following details in your message:
  • A clear description of the issue
  • A screenshot or video of the error or problem
  • The type of device you’re using (e.g., computer, phone, tablet)
  • The browser you’re using (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)

I have a friend I’d like to refer to Premier. How should I do that?

Thank you for thinking of us and sharing Premier with your network! Referring a friend is easy, and we’re happy to support anyone you send our way. Here’s how to refer your friend:
  • Share the link to create a profile in our Candidate Portal. Once they’ve set up their profile, they’ll have access to all open jobs and can apply directly.
  • Our recruiters and client hiring managers review all applications. If your friend’s profile aligns with a job opening, they’ll receive an email and/or a call from one of our team members.

Why aren’t there many jobs that match my interests in the Candidate Portal?

We understand it can be disappointing when there aren't any roles that match your interests. The job market is constantly evolving, and our openings depend on the hiring needs of our clients, which can shift as new clients join us and existing clients adjust their staffing plans. The good news is that we’re always adding new opportunities! We encourage you to:
  • Check our job board regularly for the latest openings.
  • Log into your Candidate Portal to explore your personalized matches in the Top Matches widget on your dashboard.
  • On the Top Matches page, you can adjust filters on the left-hand side or update your location at the top to broaden your search and discover more opportunities.
If you don’t see the right fit today, don’t worry - new roles are posted frequently!

How do I request to delete my information from Premier’s database?

If you’d like your information removed from our database, please contact our support team at premiersupport@premiertalentpartners.com. We’ll handle your request promptly and confirm once your data has been deleted.
