Responsibilities

  • Calculate retention, turnover, and internal mobility rates
  • Analyze employees’ answers to internal surveys (e.g. job satisfaction surveys)
  • Assess results from employee performance reviews
  • Identify top reasons why candidates and employees choose to work with the company and recommend areas of improvement for HR procedures

qualifications

  • Work experience as an HR Analyst or similar role
  • Experience using Human Resources Management Systems
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to create detailed spreadsheets, charts and presentations
  • Good research abilities
  • Commitment to unbiased and equitable hiring, with a focus on outreach to historically marginalized communities

  • Will be able to work from home 90% of the time. Candidate will need to have flexibility to going to the office when needed.
