- What are your fees? Guarantees?
For Direct Hire staffing, we are a contingency firm. This means our fee is due when you make a hire through Premier. Our fees cover search and placement however we stand behind our people. We work with you to ensure that onboarding, training, mentorship and expectations for success are clear from the get go. We then offer a 90 day replacement in the event that the love wiens.
For Temporary, Contract, and Contingent staffing we are the employer of record and cover all employment related expenses including providing white glove employee benefits and services. Our markups are based on current market margins by business line and region. Call us to discuss your need and we will gladly state a rate.
