  • Process employee data (e.g. leaves and benefits)
  • Update employee records with new hire information
  • Troubleshoot and report technical issues
  • Develop data processing guidelines


  • Work experience as an HRIS Administrator or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with databases and HR software
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation and data protection regulations

  • Provide ongoing development support to People team, maintaining existing integrations and reports, and performing enhancements
  • Design and architect end-to-end integration solutions; create and maintain technical design documentation
  • Support audits, security, and system access for integrations across People tech stack
  • Work cross-functionally with internal IT and Engineering teams on integrating systems with existing landscape
  • Must have Workday Studio experience, Workday Extend is a plus
  • Experience with People systems integration (such as Lattice, Greenhouse, or similar)
  • A bonus: experience with scripting languages like JavaScript, Ruby, etc.
  • 100% remote, working West Coast hours is highly preferred
  • 6-12 month contract
