  • 6 months+ contract, and the candidate needs to be able to travel to SF periodically.
  • 10+ years leading high‑complexity, business‑critical technical or transformation programs that span multiple functions and systems, with a track record of influencing VP‑level stakeholders.​
  • Deep experience with ERP‑enabled business transformation, including large finance or enterprise‑wide ERP implementations or migrations.
  • Proven ability to set up and run program governance and PMO‑like structures for complex initiatives, including integrated planning, RAID management, and executive reporting.
  • Advanced ability to structure ambiguous problem spaces, conduct fit‑gap and trade‑off discussions, and drive alignment on decisions that balance process standardization, flexibility, and control.​
  • Strong data‑driven mindset and excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience mentoring and elevating other TPMs or project managers and introducing scalable, repeatable program management practices.
