Responsibilities

  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Track daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports
  • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports

  • Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Coordinate interviews, speaking engagements, events, and media appearances, ensuring seamless logistics and follow-through across multiple stakeholders
  • Operate with exceptional judgment, discretion, and confidentiality, supporting a fast-paced, public-facing executive with minimal oversight
  • Leverage tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Expensify, DocuSign, and Zoom to manage expenses, track action items, and keep workflows organized and moving
