  • 5 years of experience in enterprise risk management, operational risk, internal audit, or a related function within financial services or a regulated industry
  • Lead end-to-end risk assessments, including RCSAs, risk and control identification, control mapping, and issue tracking across the full risk lifecycle
  • Apply enterprise and operational risk expertise within financial services or other regulated environments, with exposure to banking operations and fraud risk
  • Utilize established risk frameworks and standards (COSO ERM, ISO 31000, Basel II/III) to assess operational, fraud, and compliance risks
  • Bring a working understanding of Machine Learning and Data Science concepts as they relate to risk management and fraud detection (conceptual knowledge is sufficient)
  • Partner closely with business process owners and cross-functional stakeholders to surface risks and deliver clear, actionable insights
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities independently with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
