Responsibilities

  • Assist with all aspects of assigned properties
  • Maintain physical and digital tenant records
  • Schedule property tours
  • Assist with advertisiong and marketing of vacant spaces to attract tenants

  • Short-term property coordinator coverage at Commercial Real Estate company through the end of the year
  • Will be going to different properties (all in walking distance) to meet people and allow them into buildings around downtown SF for clients (vendors, etc.)
  • If necessary, Uber rides will be reimbursed.
  • Schedule:
    • Monday, 12/22 (10 am - 5 pm)
    • Tuesday, 12/23, Wednesday, 12/24 (if available), Friday, 12/26, Monday, 12/29 through Wednesday, 12/31 (8 am-5 pm)
