Responsibilities

  • Responsible for processing and resolving client requests/inquiries
  • Maintain company database/CRM
  • Conduct outreach to maintain strong relationships with client base
  • Identify services to support client needs
  • Onboard new client accounts by collecting required documentation and client information
  • Provide outstanding service to both internal and external clients
  • Provide client support services in timely and accurate manner
  • Develop a knowledge base of customer problems and resolutions
  • Oversee daily workflow to ensure timely deliveries

job highlights

  • 3 month contract
  • Fully onsite position; Monday - Friday from 7:15am - 2:00pm
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Manager or Patient Coordinator in a medical/healthcare space is highly preferred
  • Be the welcoming first point of contact in a busy physical therapy clinic delivering exceptional, patient-centered customer service.
  • Hands-On EMR System Experience - Preferred
  • Work closely with therapists and clinical staff to keep schedules optimized and clinic operations running smoothly
