Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales and product teams to harmonize marketing strategies
  • Design and distribute marketing collateral and other promotional materials for both print and digital
  • Prepare and present project briefs and design ideas
  • Ensure consistency in designs and content across platforms
  • Oversee the smooth implementation of new content
  • Provide guidance on the aesthetic for campaigns and projects

qualifications

  • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
  • Detail-oriented and meticulous
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proven experience in a professional digital design role
  • Solid knowledge of design software platforms, (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite)

  • Proven ability to create high-quality slides, one-pagers, and datasheets for both internal and external B2B audiences
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Slides (or PowerPoint); experience with Adobe and/or Figma is a plus
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating clear storytelling, visual polish, and business impact in professional B2B environments
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to partner cross-functionally and translate stakeholder needs into effective presentation content
