Experience with Goldcast or similar webinar/event platforms, familiarity with Marketo or other marketing automation platforms, and working knowledge of Jira or other project management tools. Strong skills in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Process-oriented with strong organizational skills, a proactive problem-solver who can work independently and cross-functionally, and experienced in creating training materials and documentation.
Open to adopting AI tools to streamline work and improve efficiency.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
