  • Hybrid Work Schedule in San Mateo (3days onsite 2days remote)
  • Own the global strategy, testing and execution of CRM/Lifecycle campaigns that deliver measurable business impact.
  • Design, launch, and optimize multi-channel retention campaigns
  • Leverage customer data and segmentation strategies to deliver highly personalized messaging across multiple channels.
  • Maximize campaign performance through A/B testing, analysis and iterative improvements.
  • Collaborate with brand and integrated marketing teams
  • Support the company's global expansion
  • Work with the analytics team to define key metrics for success and track the performance of lifecycle marketing campaigns.
  • 7+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, and retention marketing, with a proven record of end-to-end campaign management.
  • Experience in direct-to-consumer (B2C) industry required
  • Deep expertise in CRM platforms and automation tools (Braze, Moveable Ink or similar), with hands-on experience implementing sophisticated CRM campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data visualization tools such as Looker, Amplitude.
