Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end implementation of enhancements in various HR platforms, including HRIS and employee experience systems
  • Collaborate with People business users to identify their business needs and convert them into technical specifications for developers
  • Collaborate across HR and with other functional groups, such as Payroll, IT, and Finance, to ensure alignment and integration of the People team's operational processes
  • Assist in communicating and implementing new processes and solutions to enhance user enablement and productivity of HR systems
  • Support reporting and data analysis within HR systems to inform strategic business decisions, enhance transparency, and foster accountability among People business users

  • Experience in exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information
  • Experience with various HR platforms, including but not limited to HRIS, ATS, LMS, and ERP systems

  • 6-month contract with the potential to extend
  • 2+ years of hands-on Workday experience, including EIBs and end-to-end business process transactions. Advanced report writing (i.e., calculated field) is not required but is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in people operations, HRIS, or HR systems roles with a focus on process execution and optimization.
  • Proficiency in G Suite, Slack or other collaboration technologies
  • Ability to work effectively across global teams and time zones.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with high-volume activities and aggressive timelines.
  • Exceptional ethics when handling confidential and sensitive information.
