FULLY ONSITE POSITION - 5 days a week (M - F)
Perform micro-electronics assembly, including wire bonding, adhesive bonding, and precision equipment operation under microscopes.
Conduct mechanical and electrical testing of components and assemblies; calibrate systems to meet specifications.
Set up, maintain, and repair a wide variety of electronics testing and electromechanical equipment.
Collaborate with engineers to design, prototype, and integrate new electromechanical systems.
Maintain accurate records of assembly, testing, calibration, and maintenance activities.
Partner with engineers, technicians, and manufacturing teams to ensure successful system development and operation.
Experience with CAD software, programming, and control systems.
Proficiency in operating analytical tools such as AFM, SEM, Zygo, and Tencor.
Associate degree in Math or Science.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Solid understanding of electrical and mechanical principles (circuits, sensors, actuators, control systems).
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in electromechanical systems.
Experence using precision and power tools for assembly
