Responsibilities

Assist with event planning, preparation, and execution
Setup and breakdown necessary equipment for each event
Ensure the cleanliness, operational efficiency, and maintenance of designated areas
Address attendees concerns in a friendly and courteous manner
Assist ticketing or concessions booths
Follow protocol and instructions of event management
Communicate participant issues to the management team
Coordinate with other event staff to complete job requirements

We are looking for some help running a swag booth at the Atlantic City Marathon expo!

Schedule: Friday 10/17 1:30p-7:30p, Saturday 10/18 11:00a-5:30p OR Friday 10/17 1:30-4:30p, Saturday 10/18 2:30p-5:30p

The duties of this role will include:

Set up and tear down of the booth (including post event shipping)
Product sales via Shopify (using your personal phone)
Leading giveaways and brand pitching
Money collection
Photos and content documentation of the event
