  • 12 Month Contract - 100% Remote
  • Partner with marketing leadership and teams to gather requirements, design workflows, and configure Jira projects and Confluence spaces.
  • Facilitate tool adoption through documentation, playbooks, training sessions, workshops, and office hours.
  • Build scalable Jira workflows, dashboards, automations, and reporting structures tailored to team needs.
  • Create and manage Confluence spaces for knowledge sharing, process documentation, and project tracking.
  • Develop reusable templates, playbooks, and toolkits to standardize processes across teams.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, recommend integrations, and provide actionable insights via reports and dashboards.
  • Strong expertise in Jira and Confluence, including custom workflows, integrations, and scalable structures.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead end-user discovery, enable adoption, and drive change management initiatives.
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies
  • Experience documenting operational processes and successfully transitioning ownership to ensure sustainability.
  • Familiarity with marketing operations workflows (campaigns, launches, content calendars).
  • Experience working in Global software-as-a-service (SaaS) organizations would be highly preferred!
