  • Manage travel and expense processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry best practices.
  • Triage and resolve employee support tickets, keeping documentation and resources up to date.
  • Oversee business travel requests (guest travel, group travel, VIP intake, documentation, visas).
  • Support offsite and event planning, including contracts, hotel room blocks, payments, and attendee management.
  • Review and reconcile corporate credit card and P-card transactions for accuracy and compliance.
  • Conduct travel and expense audits, identifying discrepancies and recommending improvements.
  • Partner with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance the end-user experience.
  • Manage supplier onboarding, procurement activities, and contracts in alignment with policy.
  • Analyze data to provide insights, reporting, and benchmarking to support strategic decision-making.
  • Drive automation and transformation initiatives within travel and expense operations.

  • 2–5 years of experience in travel operations, expense management, or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of T&E tools (e.g., Concur, Navan, Conferma, ServiceNow) and ticketing systems.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools (Alteryx, Tableau, Oracle Analytics Cloud).
  • Experience with procurement systems (Oracle Fusion, ScoutRFP, Globality) preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and functions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field preferred, or 4+ years relevant experience.
