Responsibilities

  • Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Support other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings etc.)
  • Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders
  • Assist in vendor relationship management

qualifications

  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)

job highlights

  • Short-term coverage:
    • Tuesday, August 12th - Thursday, August 14th, and Tuesday, August 19th through Thursday, August 21st (6 total days)
  • The responsibilities include reception coverage, greeting guests, receiving packages, refilling snacks, and maintaining cleanliness in the office and meeting rooms. 
  • The hours will be 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM each day.
  • Minimum 2 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Outstanding customer service skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. Demonstrates initiative and the ability to make thoughtful, timely decisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and to build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, management, and external partners.
  • Strong work ethic, along with a friendly, positive, and "can-do" attitude, are essential.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 10 lbs.
