Responsibilities

  • Maintain company database/CRM
  • Conduct outreach to maintain strong relationships with client base
  • Onboard new client accounts by collecting required documentation and client information
  • Provide client support services in timely and accurate manner
  • Develop a knowledge base of customer problems and resolutions
  • Oversee daily workflow to ensure timely deliveries

  • The Payer Enrollment & Credentialing Specialist is responsible for payer enrollments, revalidations, follow up issues with claim submissions, ERA (electronic remittance advice) retrieval, and eligibility issues. 
  • Must have prior healthcare billing experience as a Credentialist
  • Lockbox experience is a must-have
  • EMS experience and/or knowledge is a strong preference
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
  • Tech savvy - strong knowledge of computer systems, ticketing systems, and digital workflows
