The Payer Enrollment & Credentialing Specialist is responsible for payer enrollments, revalidations, follow up issues with claim submissions, ERA (electronic remittance advice) retrieval, and eligibility issues.
Must have prior healthcare billing experience as a Credentialist
Lockbox experience is a must-have
EMS experience and/or knowledge is a strong preference
Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
Tech savvy - strong knowledge of computer systems, ticketing systems, and digital workflows
