Responsibilities

  • Collaborate across HR and with other functional groups, such as Payroll, IT, and Finance, to ensure alignment and integration of the People team's operational processes
  • Ensure alignment with our strategic goals through efficient project management
  • Assist in communicating and implementing new processes and solutions to enhance user enablement and productivity of HR systems
  • Support reporting and data analysis within HR systems to inform strategic business decisions, enhance transparency, and foster accountability among People business users
  • Input and regularly audit information, data, and records across multiple HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain personnel-related documentation, including onboarding, new hire, and termination documentation
  • Assist with essential recurring onboarding activities, including the coordination of onboarding meetings, I-9 verifications, and onboarding processes

  • Ability to define and document requirements
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Experience in exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information
  • Experience with various HR platforms, including but not limited to HRIS, ATS, LMS, and ERP systems
  • Knowledge of human resource principles, practices, and procedures
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful
