Responsibilities

Support the end-to-end implementation of enhancements in various HR platforms, including HRIS and employee experience systems
Efficiently manage the ticketing system, prioritizing and addressing incoming requests to ensure timely and effective resolution
Collaborate across HR and with other functional groups, such as Payroll, IT, and Finance, to ensure alignment and integration of the People team's operational processes
Assist in communicating and implementing new processes and solutions to enhance user enablement and productivity of HR systems
Support reporting and data analysis within HR systems to inform strategic business decisions, enhance transparency, and foster accountability among People business users
Assist with essential recurring onboarding activities, including the coordination of onboarding meetings, I-9 verifications, and onboarding processes
