Queer@Premier exists as a space for internal collaboration among LGBTQ employees and allies, a center of inclusion providing resources and support for candidates and clients, and a point of contact for connecting to the larger LGBTQ community.
An Employee Resource Group is an employee-led collective intended to bolster inclusion and support in the workplace. ERGs generally center around individuals within and allies of minority or marginalized groups, offering a safe space for expression, culture, and connection. [These collectives strive to support not only employees, but the company as well, in raising awareness and solidarity. ERGs promote partnerships with other communities for internal and external company growth.]
Queer at Premier is our very own ERG for anyone who identifies within the LGBTQ+ community and allies! We intend on creating a safe space for LGBTQ+ individuals for community connection, raising awareness, and networking opportunities, in and outside of Premier.
