As Premier Talent Partners founder and CEO, Sara Menke is driven by her passion for changing lives.
Early in her career, Menke realized she had a gift. She understood people and was able to help them find their purpose in life. In 1998, that gift, coupled with the belief that most people undervalue their skills and abilities, led her to launch Premier Talent Partners and begin her mission to revolutionize the employment sector by creating more equitable hiring.
Menke sees endless opportunities for growth in the employment sector and feels that success will hinge on harnessing diverse talent. She went on to found and lead Ajna: Premier Talent Partners’ unbiased talent software. Ajna looks beyond resumes and creates a holistic candidate profile that uses skills, experience, culture, and values to create exceptional matches between employers and job seekers.
