Premier’s Founder & CEO, Sara Menke, Announces New Executive Leadership: Krista Tan, President of Premier Talent Partners

Premier Talent Partners announced last month that Krista Tan, formally Premier’s Chief Talent Officer, has officially stepped into her new role as President. Krista will assume day-to-day leadership of the Company and will work closely with all levels of management to continue onward with Premier’s mission to change lives, redefine success, and exceed expectations.

Krista brings with her over 15+ years of client services, sales, and recruiting experience, having started at Premier as an Account Director for Premier’s San Francisco Contract Division in 2008. Prior to joining Premier, she received her Master’s in Career Counseling from the University of San Diego, an undoubted contribution to her extensive wealth of knowledge and expertise in the recruiting field. Her determination and work ethic are unmatched, which naturally set her apart early on as a leader. After taking over as Premier’s Senior Vice President of Recruiting Operations, she continued her upward trajectory as Chief Talent Officer before assuming her newest position. It’s safe to say that Krista is no stranger to Premier and that the Company has undoubtedly been shaped by her 12+ year tenure.
