Marketing Coordinator

Premier Talent Partners is looking for marketing professionals to fill a number of Marketing Coordinator roles for several of our clients nationwide.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Schedule meetings and communicate information on a timely fashion
  • Manage inventory of marketing materials and organize weekly fulfillments
  • Organize tracking of all current and expired PRC submissions; manage version control and maintain proper record keeping
  • Assist with management of vendors
  • Work with sales, regulatory and marketing leadership team to support the effective creation, production and deployment of marketing resources and programs
  • Support with coordinating marketing projects, such as press releases, brochures
  • Communicate directly with internal business partners and build trusting relationships

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience in administrative or sales/marketing coordinator role required
  • Demonstrated or strong interest in pharmaceutical/healthcare marketing experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher required, focus in Marketing/Communication preferred
  • Strong/Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Excellent organization with attention to details
  • Ability to demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, team environment both independently and collaboratively
  • Maintain positive attitude, “take charge” approach
