Responsibilities

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
Report and escalate to management as needed
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

100% onsite (Fountain Valley, CA office)
Able to travel to Des Moines, Iowa for 1-2 weeks of training (ideally before week of Christmas)
Key responsibilities include: analyzing program data and creating executive-level presentations and proposals, coordinating across multiple departments and resolving regional inquiries and supporting business reviews and program evaluations.
Must have project management experience
